What does a great Product Manager do?

The Fiserv Credit Choice Product Manager will be responsible for driving product development activities, go-to-market strategies, and cross-functional alignment across Fiserv and our partners to deliver the expected business value of the program.

 

As a Product Manager you can expect to:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Credit Choice and all the surrounds that tie into Credit Choice
  • Develop new products or enhancements designed to drive revenue growth for Credit Choice
  • Develop go to market strategies, new product positioning, and value proposition development for Credit Choice.
  • Analyze market data, client and internal stakeholder feedback to understand client requirements and competitive offerings.
  • Manage the project life cycle (opening projects, own finalizing Epic, IRC approval management, Clarity management)
  • Collaborate/partner with internal stakeholders, product managers/owners for product surrounds and clients to define product roadmap/ requirements and prioritize development for product enhancements ; function as product SME
  • Analyze product performance data to determine performance improvement opportunities; partner with stakeholders to drive improvement initiatives
  • Develop deep understanding of product financials and opportunities to improve revenue and margins; develop pricing models to support sales opportunities
  • Product support to address product issues, communicate product updates and partner with sales on new opportunities

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Program Management
  • Power user of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Well organized and results-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to use data to tell the story
  • Strong analytical skills to identify issues/solve diverse problems and make decisions
  • Exhibits leadership qualities and ability to independently manage initiatives that span multiple organizations
  • Ability to work efficiently and productively without detailed direction or guidance
